SUBSTANCE: method includes expansion of subsonic operating medium flow with supply of heat from external source of energy at higher temperature level, expansion of flow with taking off of mechanical work, and compression of operating medium by changing flow velocity and exposure to action of energy from additional energy source at lower temperature level. When flow is acted upon by energy from additional source, additional energy or agent is supplied to operating medium flow.
