SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a solid ionic conductor for a non-aqueous rechargeable electrochemical battery cell with a positive and negative electrode and made from at least one or more battery cells. The solid ionic conductor for a rechargeable non-aqueous electrochemical battery cell has the stoichiometric formula K(ASXX')p × q SO2, and K denotes a cation from the alkali metal group when p is 1 or alkaline earth metals or zinc group metals when p is 2. A denotes an element from the third main group, S denotes sulfur or selenium or tellurium, X and X' denote halogen, and SO2 denotes sulfur dioxide, the number q being greater than 0 and less than or equal to 100.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability, durability, mechanical stability, specific energy and energy density of the battery, reducing the cost.
