FIELD: processing and recycling of waste.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the assembly for processing of waste water and can be used in the processing of sludge from sewage sludge, sludge from excess sludge from biological treatment facilities and products that pollute the environment and are formed as a result of the process of nature management. Complex for processing sludge wastewater includes a raw material preparation unit with a drying and crushing machine 7, unit for supplying raw materials to the reactor, separation unit for gaseous and solid phases, gas condensation unit, power unit, turbo-vortex thermal reactor 13. Turbo-vortex thermal reactor 13 is equipped with combustion chambers 14 and contains coaxially arranged reaction chamber 27, an external thermal circuit 28 and an activator device 29, which is a blade turntable equipped with an external drive 35. Reaction chamber 27 has a circular shape in a diametral section, and in transverse section having oval shape. Device-activator 29 is coaxially placed inside reaction chamber 27. Outer thermal circuit 28 is a chamber surrounding reaction chamber 27, and is installed so that it does not cover side portions of reaction chamber surface 27. Reaction chamber 27 has a nozzle 32 for supplying prepared raw materials and a hole 34 output processing products. External heat circuit 28 contains at least one pipe heat supply 30 associated with the combustion chamber 14, and the pipe 31 of the flue gas associated with a pipeline with a drying and crushing machine 7.

EFFECT: invention allows to create a safe and efficient process for processing sludge from sewage sludge, to reduce the amount of solid waste that requires subsequent disposal at landfills, and to increase the yield of the gas component.
