SUBSTANCE: to implement grant-free information transmission, the user equipment (UE) receives RRC signaling indicating the grant-free resource transmission configuration from the network equipment, wherein in some implementations the RRC signaling can be used together with the system information transmitted to all UEs or with the DCI whereto the UE must gain access after the RRC signaling, and in some implementations the DCI includes an activation or deactivation indicator monitored by the UE in order to determine when the UE is allowed to transmit to the BS or when the transmission should be stopped.

EFFECT: provided is possibility to configure grant-free transmission resources on the basis of a single user and on a group basis.
