FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a communication method carried out by a communication network unit. Method comprises steps of: receiving, from a first wireless communication device, a scheduling request for scheduling data transmission of a first type in a mini-slot; determining that the second wireless communication device has previously scheduled data transmission of the second type overlapping the requested mini-slot; transmitting, to the second wireless communication device, a first control message indicating to cancel transmission of data of the second type; and receiving, from the first wireless communication device, first type data in said mini-slot, wherein the first control message is a message with downlink control information (DCI).
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of shared use of uplink resources.
