FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for receiving a downlink signal in a wireless communication system. Information about resource block designation is received, including a bit card, and a downlink signal is received via a resource block group (RBG) specified by the bit card in part of bandwidth. The total number of resource block groups (RBG) in part of bandwidth is determined based on an index of the initial resource block of part of bandwidth, size of part of bandwidth and size of one resource block group.
EFFECT: effective resource allocation for frequency region without waste of bits of resource allocation field.
