FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for calibrating an irradiation system of an installation for manufacturing three-dimensional products and a method for calibrating an irradiation system for manufacturing three-dimensional products. Disclosed is a device (10) for calibrating the irradiation system (12) of the installation (14) for the manufacture of three-dimensional products. The irradiation system (12) consists of the first irradiation unit (16) for selective radiation of the first radiation beam (18) along the first working axis (20) on the irradiation plane (22) and the second irradiation unit (24) for selective radiation of the second irradiation beam (26) along the second working axis (28) on the irradiation plane (22). In this case, the device (10) contains a control unit (30) configured to control the first irradiation unit (16) to irradiate the first irradiation beam (18) onto the irradiation plane (22) in accordance with the scheme of irradiation and control of the second irradiation unit (24) to move the second working axis (28) relative to the irradiation plane (22) in such a way that the second working axis (28) intersects the irradiation circuit (32) created by the first irradiation unit (16) on the irradiation plane (22). The device also has the detection unit (34) configured to detect process radiation emitted from the region of the point (36) of incidence on the irradiation plane (22), in which the second working axis (28) of the second irradiation unit (24) passes through the irradiation plane (22). The detection unit is also designed to issue signals indicating the detected process radiation to the control unit (30), and the control unit (30) is additionally configured to determine the position (x1…n, y1…n) of the irradiation circuit (32) created by the first irradiation unit (16) on the irradiation plane (22), determine the position (x's1, y's1) of at least one point (38) of intersection between the irradiation circuit (22) created by the first irradiation unit (16) and the second working axis (28) of the second irradiation unit (24) based on the signals issued by the detection unit (34) and calibration of the irradiation system (12) based on the determined position (x1…n, y1…n) of the irradiation circuit (32) created by the first irradiation unit (16), and a certain position (x's1, y's1) of at least one intersection point. Also, the invention describes a method for calibrating an irradiation system.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing reliability of the calibration of the irradiation system of the installation for the manufacture of a three-dimensional product.
