FIELD: petrochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a catalytic reactor using a catalyst in an annular fluidized bed, bounded on its outer periphery by vertical walls forming a cylindrical basket (5), and on its inner periphery also by a vertical central manifold (3). The catalyst is slowly moved by gravity in the space enclosed between the basket (5) and the central manifold (3), and passes downward along the circulation struts (2) installed on the essentially hemispherical bottom of the reactor, while the specified baskets can move along a substantially vertical axis by a distance of several centimeters, which can be up to 10 cm, while the basket (5) is equipped with essentially vertical trays (7) installed in the lower part of the basket (5), in continuation of the wall of the said tray (7). During the interruption of the catalyst circulation, the catalyst storage space (11) in the reactor the catalyst storage space (11) located in the lower part of the reactor adjacent to the wall and near the lower struts (2) is released, while the basket (5) and the trays fixed to it (7) go up again, in this case, the tray (7) is equipped with a reflector (15), which is rigidly or freely connected to it and which forms an alpha angle with the vertical, ranging from 30 to 60°. Invention also relates to methods of refining and petrochemical processing, catalytic reforming of gasolines and a method of hydrotreating.
EFFECT: proposed invention allows the balls to be reintroduced into the catalyst bed after stopping the catalyst circulation.
