REGENERATION REACTOR CAPABLE OF REGENERATING CATALYSTS UNDER DIFFERENT WORKING CONDITIONS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B01J8/26 B01J38/00 C10G35/10

Abstract RU 2683829 C2

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of catalytic reforming, in particular to a catalyst regeneration reactor, a catalytic reforming unit containing such a regenerator and a catalytic reforming method. Said catalyst regeneration reactor in a moving bed comprises a chamber elongated in the vertical direction and divided into regeneration zones extending vertically along the height of the chamber, in which the catalyst particles move under gravity, at the same time, each regeneration zone contains successively in the order of movement of the catalysts: a combustion section, an oxychlorination section below the combustion section and containing means for supplying the catalyst from the combustion section and a burning section below the oxychlorination section, moreover, the regeneration zones are separated from each other by a separator impermeable to catalysts and gases, so that the catalysts in each of the zones can be regenerated under different operating conditions.

EFFECT: invention improves the efficiency of the reforming process with continuous catalyst regeneration.
