The oscillator contains a generating unit including a bipolar transistor and an LC circuit connected via a quartz resonator unit to the transistor emitter of the buffer amplifier unit.я. The generation unit includes additional resistors and capacitors, while the first and second resistors and the first capacitor are connected to the collector of the bipolar transistor, with the base-the second and third resistors and the third capacitor, and with the emitter-the fourth resistor and the LC circuit. The quartz resonator assembly is formed from a quartz resonator and two inductors forming an autotransformer circuit. The buffer amplifier assembly includes a second bipolar transistor, resistors, capacitors and an inductor, while the fifth, sixth resistors and sixth capacitor are connected to the base of the second transistor, the emitter of the transistor is connected to the seventh capacitor and the seventh resistor, and the collector of the transistor is connected to the fourth inductor and the fifth capacitor.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide an ultra-low level of phase noise of the output signal of a quartz oscillator.
