FIELD: high-pressure tank.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a high-pressure tank and its production method. A high-pressure tank contains a liner made with the possibility of storing gas and a fiber-reinforced resin layer made of fiber-reinforced resin and covering the outer surface of the liner. The fiber-reinforced resin layer contains the first reinforcing layer covering the outer surface of the liner and the second reinforcing layer covering the outer surface of the first reinforcing layer. The method involves the formation of a cylindrical element made of fiber-reinforced resin and having fibers oriented in the circular direction of the cylindrical element; the formation of two domed elements made of fiber-reinforced resin; the formation of the reinforcing case, i.e. the first reinforcing layer, by connecting the two end parts of the cylindrical element and the end parts of the two domed elements; the formation of a second reinforcing layer on the outer surface of the reinforcing case made of fiber-reinforced resin and with fibers oriented across two domed elements.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing the use of fiber-reinforced resin.
