SUBSTANCE: assembly (50) includes pressure vessel (10) for fluid medium storage, wherein vessel (10) includes dome-shaped end portion (15) having outer surface (64); and element (22), located on dome-shaped end section (15), wherein element (22) is attached to outer surface (64) by plurality of fiber tapes (44), wound on dome-shaped end section (15) and at least on part of element (22). In compliance with another aspect, vessel damage prevention device (10) is described. Device includes element (22) made with possibility of arrangement on dome-shaped end section (15), wherein element (22) is configured to be attached to outer surface (64) by a plurality of fiber tapes (44) wound on dome-shaped end portion (15) and at least a portion of element (22). Described is a method of fastening element (22) to vessel (10), including steps, on which element (22) is placed on dome-shaped end section (15) and multiple fiber tapes (44) are wound.
EFFECT: technical result is providing reliable and cost-effective protection of vessel under pressure from damages.
