FIELD: instant tableted products.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for obtaining instant tableted products and can be used to obtain instant products in the form of tablets, briquettes. The method includes preparing an instantiated composition of the product, mixing the instantiated composition with carbon dioxide in a solid state of aggregation, molding a tablet or briquette of the desired shape and size, sublimation of solid carbon dioxide and its release in a gaseous state from the inner layers of the tablet with the formation of a developed porous structure.
EFFECT: use of the invention will allow obtaining a developed porous structure, which, upon contact with a liquid, intensifies the interaction of the liquid and the product, which accelerates the disintegration and dissolution of the tableted instant product.
