SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a connecting connector mounted in a telecommunications radio equipment unit, containing a connector housing that has an end that engages with the adapter and an end that engages with the unit, as well as a mounting part located between them for mounting the connector housing in the unit. The insert passes through the connector body and has an internal channel that runs between the end mated to the cable and the end mated to the unit, and the part mated to the connector body located between the ends. The insert contains one or more double-sided contacts. The double-sided contact has one end that is a cable-side termination end designed to terminate a cable conductor and an opposite end that is a unit-side termination end designed to terminate a unit conductor. The connector mounted in the unit is designed to joint with a cable sealing adapter. The cable sealing adapter is made without any contacts.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide the possibility of installing cables in the field with ensuring strength.
