SUBSTANCE: autonomous cold accumulator for cooling a gaseous cooling agent is comprised of an electrode attachment including a generating and grounded electrodes, dielectric bushings and a dielectric grid fixed to the body of the cold accumulator by means of locking apparatuses, wherein the capsules are filled with a heat-retaining substance and located on lattice dividers with holes allowing the gaseous coolant flow to pass between the capsules into the cooled object wherein electro-antiseptation thereof is performed as well as cooling.

EFFECT: cold accumulators are widely used in various branches of industry, including food and meat and dairy industry, for relieving peak loads on refrigeration equipment.
