FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to craniocerebral hypothermia. Applicator for autonomous emergency craniocerebral hypothermia comprises means for cooling the required areas of the injured head in the form of two flexible strips provided with pockets in which the cryo-elements are placed, the strips are arranged on the lines of the contours of the intersecting head profiles one on top of the other, wherein strips are arranged with the possibility of their articulation by means of arrangement of pockets with cryo-elements of one strip with adjoining to pockets with cryo-elements of the other strip.
EFFECT: use of the invention increases efficiency of cooling action in extreme situations.
