FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Fluorescent angiography (FAG) is performed to determine the angiographic boundaries of the tumor with digital imaging. Then, a color photograph of the fundus is taken on Navilas 577s navigation laser system (NLU) using built-in software. Digital images of FAG are superimposed and compared with a color photograph of the fundus obtained on the NLU, and schemes for applying applications on a digital image of the fundus are drawn up. Then, in automatic mode, marking is carried out by topographically oriented application of laser applications along the angiographic border of the tumor at a distance of 200 mcm from it towards healthy tissues, with an interval of 1 mm between the applications excluding the projection of the great vessels of the retina and the foveal zone, with the following parameters: wavelength - 577 nm, spot diameter - 100 microns, power - 120-200 mW, exposure - 0.05 seconds. After marking, in 15-30 minutes, diode-laser transpupillary thermotherapy is carried out with the following parameters: wavelength - 810 nm, radiation power - 600-1000 mW, exposure - 60 seconds, spot diameter - 1-3 mm, sequentially with overlapping spots at least 1/3 of the diameter, over the entire surface of the tumor, starting from the periphery of the tumor with the capture of healthy tissue within the range from 0.5 to 1 mm from the angiographic border and further to the center of the tumor.
EFFECT: method reduces the risk of damage to healthy tissues at the border with the tumor in the functionally significant area of the fundus - the macular zone.
