SUBSTANCE: method for multi-channel remote video surveillance at construction and industrial sites, containing a procedure of organizing an access network, wherein the method includes: placing personal video registration subsystems on individual protective equipment, placing a group video registration subsystem, placing a communication subsystem, automatic commutation and transmission of video data from each personal video registration subsystem to the group video registration subsystem and the communication subsystem, commutation of the communication subsystem with the communication network of the company, encoding the transmitted video data stream, installing, configuring and providing commutation of the video information storage and processing subsystem with the communication subsystem, transmission, registration, storing video data and retrieved information, automatic recognition of dangerous and other predetermined events, automatic notification of the operator about dangerous situations and events, archiving video data and information, providing remote connection for analysis, surveillance and event control at the surveilled object.

EFFECT: increased speed of detection of potentially dangerous situations.
