FIELD: packaging.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a biaxially oriented multilayer film, in particular adapted to be used as an outer shell for individually packaged products (uncased group packaging). The multilayer film contains an outer layer (A), a central layer (B) and an inner layer (C). The outer layer contains an ethylene polymer having a melting point of ≤ 100°С, preferably 70-100°С. The central layer (B) contains a propylene polymer having a melting point of ≥ 140°С. The inner layer (C) contains an ethylene polymer having a melting point of 105-115°C and a density of 0.910-0.940 g/cm3. The film is produced by co-extrusion of components contained in at least three layers (A), (B) and (C). The sheet is cooled to 10-40°C, and then heated to 100-500°C. The specified sheet is subjected to simultaneous biaxial stretching without contact with metal rollers at a temperature of 80-210°С.
EFFECT: possibility of "soft peeling" (no tearing) the film when opening the soldered joint, excellent physical and mechanical properties of the film, good optical characteristics and satisfactory solderability at soldering temperatures commonly used in the industry, combined with low stickiness to internal objects contained in the top package.
