FIELD: sun protection.

SUBSTANCE: sun glare attenuator includes a frame consisting of the right earpiece, the right lens-retaining rim connected to the right earpiece, the left earpiece, the left lens retaining rim connected to the left earpiece, and a bridge connecting the right lens retaining rim and the left lens retaining rim. The right lens is held by the right lens-retaining rim and consists of the right main part located between the right earpiece and the bridge, and the right glare-reducing section continuing down from the right main part below the right lens-retaining rim. The left lens is held by the left lens-retaining rim and consists of the left main part located between the left earpiece and the bridge, and the left glare-reducing section continuing down from the left main part below the left lens-retaining rim. Both the right and left glare-attenuating sections additionally contain at least one bar extending obliquely from both the right and left glare-attenuating sections.

EFFECT: improved attenuation of sun glare.
