FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical measurements. Fluorescent analysis system may include a sensor head which has a light source configured to emit light into fluid flow, a detector configured to detect radiation from fluorescent fluid flow, and a temperature sensor. System may also include a flow chamber, which includes a housing defining a cavity in which sensor head can be inserted. Housing may have a configuration in which when fluid flow enters housing, fluid flow is divided at least into main stream flowing next to light source and detector, and a secondary flow passing near temperature sensor.
EFFECT: such a flow chamber can direct fluid by various sensory components while avoiding formation of solid particles, formation of air pockets or other problems during flow, accompanied by continuous or semi-continuous operation in real time.
