FIELD: radio communication system.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a radio communication system. The technical result is achieved by a user terminal including: a receiving unit configured to receive a synchronization signal block including control resource set configuration bit information; and a control unit, configured to control determining the configuration of the set of control resources from the configuration information related to the bit information in the set of configuration information related to the indication information based on the received signals.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at proper communication of information about the configured area of the control channel in the radio communication system by means of a block of synchronization signals.
