FIELD: mobile communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication systems of the next generation. For indication of information about a field, in which a control channel is placed, in a radio communication system, where synchronization signal blocks are used, a user terminal contains a reception section made with the possibility of reception of a synchronization signal block (hereinafter SS/PBCH block) containing information indicating the configuration of a set of control resources, and a control section made with the possibility of determination of a position of the specified set of control resources relatively to the specified SS/PBCH block based on this information. At the same time, the control section is made with the possibility of using different information about communication in the first frequency range and the second frequency range, wherein information about communication defines a symbol in an initial position of the specified set of control resources, using SS/PBCH block index for at least part of a set of probable initial positions of the specified set of control resources indicated by the specified information.
EFFECT: possibility of implementation of placement of CORESET configuration in NR-PBCH and provision of this information to a terminal.
