FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of a hollow cylindrical casing with two flanges and a side boss in the form of a connecting flange arranged radially with respect to the central axis of the casing. There are bearing bushings mounted coaxially inside the casing, in which a shaft is mounted on bearings. Two rotors are symmetrically secured on the shaft. There are blades arranged on the side surface of each rotor uniformly over circumference. An eccentric is installed between the rotors on the shaft. The eccentric is located inside a holder with an outer stepped annular groove. The holder is free to rotate relative to the eccentric. A pressure unit with the stepped axial channel is connected to the side boss. There is an adapter union, a suction return valve, a sealing collar and pusher installed in this channel in series and coaxially. A passage channel of the adapter union can overlap by a shut-off element of the suction valve. In a cylindrical body of the pusher there are blind axial and through radial channels crossing therebetween. The blind channel ends with an inner annular groove having hydraulic connection with through radial channels, in which there is a pressure return valve with the shut-off element. The latter has the possibility of closing the blind channel. A branch pipe is coaxially connected to the end face of the pusher on the side of the blind channel, and a shaped cam is connected to the opposite end face. The pusher is arranged in the stepped axial channel for axial reciprocation motion, and the shaped cam is in the outer stepped annular groove of the holder thereby providing flexible connection between it and the pusher.
