SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aeronautics and can be applied to aircraft with a developed body element, such as an airship, a cargo plane, etc. The method for tangential blowing of the surface of an aircraft is characterized by the fact that an aerodynamic envelope is placed around the functional envelope, in the region forward in the direction of movement of which one or more inlet holes are made. On most of the surface of the aerodynamic shell, extended slots are made, directed in the opposite direction from the direction of movement of the aircraft or at some angle to the surface of the aerodynamic shell, which encircle the aircraft in the transverse direction. Moreover, the slots have one common channel located between the functional shell and the aerodynamic shell. The group of inventions also relates to a device for implementing this method.

EFFECT: invention ensures tangential blowing of the surface of an aircraft.
