FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to power units installed on aircrafts. The method of power supply and assembly of facilities in extreme conditions includes supply of electrical and thermal energy to the ground/surface facility through a communication line from an external source and transportation of the mounted structure on an external suspension. The external energy source is a nuclear power unit with a power control system and biosecurity. The means of production of construction and assembly operations are delivered without delay to a predetermined location on the air mobile unit. The air mobile unit is comprised of a body with sections filled with carrier gas and air heated from a nuclear power unit, a nuclear power unit, a power control system, a heat-to-electricity converter and heat exchangers, a crew cabin, residential and technical premises, a cargo transportation unit on an external suspension, supporting systems, engines, rudders, mooring and fixing apparatuses. The air mobile unit is comprised of a normally folded communication line for transmission of electrical and thermal energy from the nuclear power unit to an external consumer, mechanisms for unfolding and folding the communication line; a cab of the hoisting mechanism operator and means of production of construction and assembly operations.
EFFECT: group of inventions is designed to ensure survivability of remote facilities in the Arctic and the Far North in the event of problems with power supply at the facilities and conduction of construction and assembly operations in hard-to-reach and remote areas.
