FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, particularly to a design of a cooling structure for an electrical power conversion apparatus. The cooling structure of an inverter (1A) has a power module (3), a cooler (5) and a mounting bolt (10). The power module (3) is an electrical power converter. A refrigerant channel (9) is formed in the cooler (5). The mounting bolt (10) attaches the power module (3) to the cooler (5) in a state wherein the power module (3) and the refrigerant channel (9) oppose each other. The refrigerant channel (9) has a main passage (91) opposite the power module (3) and an extended passage (92) with a channel expanding from the main passage (91) to the end (10a) of the mounting bolt (10).
EFFECT: technical result is minimized increase of ambient temperature around the mounting bolt.
