FIELD: energy material handling.
SUBSTANCE: method of energy material handling refers to the direct process of using energy materials in the production cycle and can be used in the production of explosives, pharmaceuticals and chemical fertilizers. The method includes loading the energy material into the container, constant monitoring of the permissible parameters of the loaded energy material status, stabilization of the parameters of the energy material in the container when they deviate from the permissible parameters, transportation of the energy material in the container, storage of the energy material in the container, the energy material discharge from the container. The discharge of the energy material from the container is carried out directly within an operation of the production cycle that is required at the time for an intended purpose. At the same time, the permissible parameters of the status of the energy material loaded into the container are monitored, which is affected by the environment of the production cycle operation. In case of deviation from the permissible parameters, the parameters of the energy material are stabilized or the discharge of the energy material is blocked.
EFFECT: increased safety in the direct process of using energy materials in manufacturing of products or semi-finished products.
