FIELD: packing and storage; technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for handling energy materials, in particular to a direct process of using energy materials in a production cycle, and can be used, in particular, in production of explosives, pharmaceuticals and chemical fertilizers. Container for safe handling of energy materials includes a container for energy material, an element for loading energy material, element for controlling the permissible parameters of the state of the loaded energy material, an element for stabilizing the parameters of the energy material in the container when they deviate from the permissible parameters, element for unloading energy material from container, control element. Element for unloading energy material from container is made with possibility of unloading energy material from container into receiving element of device provided by operation of production cycle, and with possibility of power material unloading blocking in case of loaded power material state parameters deviation from permissible ones. At least one gas analyzer-detector based on MDS sensors ("Metal-Dielectric-Semiconductor") is used as an element for monitoring permissible parameters of the state of the loaded energy material, which is made with possibility to control parameters of energy material at the moment of use of energy material by device provided by operation of production cycle. Element for stabilization of parameters of energy material in container is made with possibility of stabilization of parameters of energy material in case of their deviation from permissible parameters at the moment of use of energy material by device provided by operation of production cycle.

EFFECT: increasing safety in the direct process of using energy materials in the production of articles/semi-finished articles.
