FIELD: electronics.
SUBSTANCE: present device belongs to the electronics of integrated microcircuits and can be used as a part of ground, sea and aerospace-based radio electronic equipment to protect computing facilities from failures when programmable MCs are exposed to the impact of heavy charged particles (HCP). The failure protection device is supplemented with a memory recovery module including a controlled current limiter and a flash memory chip. In this case, the device is made in a redundant version, designed for two simultaneous failures in the system using the majority principle (three out of five) to restore information.
EFFECT: information restoring in the RAM of protected MCs under the influence of the thyristor effect and loss of power in the equipment in any emergency situations.
