GENERATOR FOR ELECTROPORATION OF BIOLOGICAL TISSUES IN ELECTROCHEMOTHERAPY Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61N1/32

Abstract RU 2749023 C1

FIELD: medical technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to a generator for electroporation of biological tissues in electrochemotherapy. The generator contains cascades, positive and negative power supply units and resistors; it is equipped with two relays, a ban node and capacitor discharge nodes. Each cascade includes capacitors, diodes, and arresters. The arresters are made in the form of transistors controlled by a microprocessor. The control input of the ban node is connected to the control inputs of relays and to one output of the microprocessor. The other outputs of the microprocessor are connected to the information inputs of the ban node. The operating input of the first relay is connected to the output of the positive power supply unit. The operating input of the second relay is connected to the output of the negative power supply unit. The operating output of the first relay is connected to the positive inputs of the diodes. The operating output of the second relay is connected to the negative inputs of the diodes. The capacitor discharge nodes are connected in parallel to the capacitors. The ban node in case of violations of the microprocessor operation does not allow the transistors to open during the supply of the control signal to the relay.

EFFECT: generator for electroporation of biological tissues in electrochemotherapy with the function of controlling the output voltage during pulse generation is provided, and the reliability of the generator is increased by eliminating the possibility of applying a logic “1” to the transistor gates during the open state of the relay.
