FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Electroporation generator includes a microprocessor, two optical drivers of the upper and lower transistors, a unit for generating electric pulses, one logic gate 2-AND-NOT, two logic gates 2-AND and integrator, wherein one output of microprocessor is connected to first inputs of gate 2-AND-NOT and first gate 2-AND, other output of microprocessor is connected to second inputs of gate 2-AND-NOT and second valve 2-AND, output of gate 2-AND-NOT is connected to second input of first gate 2-AND, with first input of second gate 2-AND, and to the integrator input, the integrator output is connected to the microprocessor setting input into the initial state, first 2-AND gate output is connected to the upper transistor optical driver input, output of second gate 2-AND is connected to input of optical driver of lower transistor.
EFFECT: such circuit of the device allows excluding the possibility of simultaneous supply to the base of transistors of voltage corresponding to logical "1", thereby preventing the output of transistors from failure due to inadmissible current.
