FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to breast surgery. A subcutaneous or skin-preserving mastectomy with a one-stage reconstruction with a silicone endoprosthesis is performed. At the same time, an alloimplant based on the dura mater is placed in the projection of the suture under the integumentary tissues, overlapping the suture with the alloimplant 3 cm from the edges of the wound along the entire length from the inside. When suturing, the alloimplant is fixed with interrupted sutures to the edges of the wound.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to strengthen the skin suture for the prevention of its divergence, the occurrence of protrusion or extrusion of the endoprosthesis, as well as for the surgical treatment of the already arisen specified consequences in the absence of purulent-septic complications.
