FIELD: torpedo tubes.
SUBSTANCE: device for automated control of the parameters of the internal geometry of torpedo tubes contains a case, radial struts with spring-loaded rollers located along the perimeter of the case in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the torpedo tube under study, and an electric drive for moving the device inside the torpedo tube. The case is equipped with equipment for performing an examination of the internal geometry of the torpedo tube. The device includes a unit for automated fixation of deviations of the longitudinal axis of the device case when it moves from the axis of the torpedo tube and a software and hardware complex for automated processing of measurement results with recommendations for improving the measurement object, taking into account its design features. The equipment for performing the examination of the internal geometry of the torpedo tube is made in form of mechanical linear displacement sensors located on radial struts, the sensors contact with the internal controlled surfaces of the torpedo tube. The case of the device contains a mechanism of centering relatively to the base planes of the torpedo tube.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurements and ensured control repetition.
