SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles where speed is required to be controlled by digital control system at constant torque. Rotary movement receiving device includes a housing, a cover, an output shaft installed in the cover support, a piezoelectric transducer installed on the cover, flexible element made in the form of shell with cam contacting at least with one bearing. Device is equipped with two covers and two elliptic cylinders made on cam, external and internal, mainly with equal differences of semi-axes of elliptical cylinders, made integral with shell of flexible element, conjugated by gear connection, for example, wave, with elliptical external generator and flexible bearing of harmonic reduction gear. Device is equipped with a bipiezoelectric converter consisting of an even number of single piezoelectric transducers in contact elastically with elliptical cylinders of the cam, external and internal, by means of intermediate bodies, spherical bearings, differential screw mechanisms, that are adjusting tensioning devices installed on single-arm and double-arm levers installed in supports on fixed bases attached to annular projections of covers made in at least one pair of rod piezoelectric transducers of piezoactive discs of equal cross-sections, one pair of two-band braces connected by laser welding, including by circular seam. One part of the spacer is made in the form of a beam having a rectangular base with racks of a variable-cross-sectional height, which is provided on one post with a through hole. Other part of the spacer is made in the form of a beam having a base with a through hole in the beam of box section with posts equipped with angles, and single with rod head or composite three-piece pin and metric thread screwed into strap and installed with clearance in bushing, pressed into box section beam base, and second end made with spherical cavity on end. Paired piezo-rods, paired struts, connected in series rigidly by ends, and a single rod with metric thread, locked by the threaded fixture retainer, are equal in size along the length, with equal opposite temperature deformations of paired piezocontainers, braces and a single rod of structural material or three-piece rod or pin, made from materials with different temperature coefficients of linear expansion.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at control of speed by digital control system at constant torque.
