FIELD: railways.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway automation and telemechanics. The device for magnetic treatment of rails and rail bars consists of two units of neodymium magnets installed above each track rail, each of which uses six neodymium magnets, collected in two groups of three, which are arranged in the shape of a trapezoid, with each group of three neodymium magnets installed oppositely. The device for magnetic treatment of rails and rail bars is installed on a movable unit. The height of the suspension of the units of neodymium magnets above the rails is regulated by the control device, which receives information about the impact level from the signal analyzing recorder. The input signals from the speed sensor and from two sensors for measuring the magnetic field in the form of Hall sensors installed in front of the first wheelset along the way and after these blocks behind the last wheelset are received at the input of the analyzing recorder.
EFFECT: eliminating the uneven magnetization of rails and rail bars along their length using a demagnetizing installation that does not require a powerful power source.
