FIELD: cleaning equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of cleaning equipment, it can be used to collect various pollutants in the streets and squares of settlements. Industrial municipal vacuum cleaner contains a case, electric drive of the course, electric drive of the cleaning device, fan, suction pipe, fine filter, coarse filter, hopper, 125 mm transport pipe, nozzle, control panel. The nozzle is made of HS-1171 silicone rubber compound. The nozzle inlet is cut at an angle of 30° to its axis with the possibility of directing the nozzle inlet along the course of the vacuum cleaner. The inner diameter of the nozzle and the transport pipe is made of 125 mm. The coarse filter is made of 0.8 mm galvanized sheet by punching holes with a diameter of 3 mm with a step of 5 mm in rows with a chess order, which is bent in the form of a corrugated sheet with a step of 50 mm with a height of 40 mm. When installing a coarse filter, the corrugated sheet is made of a trapezoidal shape with a large base of 60 mm for possible better cleaning with a brush. The fine filter is installed in the form of an air filter K3250. In the control of the centrifugal fan of the electric drive of the cleaning device, the rotation regulator in the form of a potentiometer for setting the fan rotation speed with the help of a brushless engine management controller, as well as a fan reverse switch are used. In the course of the movement of the transported airflow, a turbulent flow damper is installed at the bottom of the hopper in the form of two guide planes connected by an obtuse angle. According to a method, for cleaning from dust with a vacuum cleaner, a suction directed air flow is created in a part of the object to be cleaned, capturing dust particles, which is then directed through the transport pipe to the hopper to the filter of coarse and fine cleaning of the vacuum cleaner and discharged in cleaned state at the object to be cleaned. The suction directed airflow is controlled by adjusting the rotation of the centrifugal fan using a potentiometer for setting the fan rotation speed using a brushless engine management controller, creating a differentiated battery power consumption depending on the size and density of the garbage, if sucking volumetric garbage is needed. Periodic cleaning of fine and coarse filters is performed by alternately turning on the reverse at one vacuum cleaner, and then at the other with a preliminary tight connection of the suction pipes of the two vacuum cleaners with counter sections of the nozzle inputs through the coupling.

EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a rational layout of the structure to increase its reliable and efficient operation.
