The technical result described below is achieved by the fact that the device for applying plaster solutions to the treated surfaces consists of a housing in which there is a hopper, in the front lower part of the hopper there is a hole equipped with a flap; latches for the position of the flap, having a bed in the lower part of the housing; a tongue and a spring of the tongue fixed to the bed; connecting rods, pivotally fixed to the housing; a throwing blade, pivotally connected to the connecting rods; a crankshaft with counterweights, while the throwing blade is pivotally connected to the connecting rod neck of the crankshaft; holders of the crankshaft; the crankshaft pulley; an angle gearbox; the secondary shaft of the angle gearbox; the angle gearbox pulley; a drive belt connecting the crankshaft pulley and the angle gearbox pulley; a protective box; an electric drill; clamping element for rigid connection of the angle gearbox to the electric drill; primary shaft of the angle gearbox connected to the electric drill chuck; holes for access to the electric drill chuck; electric drill handle; vertical handle; horizontal handle.
