SUBSTANCE: powered plane has coned cutter mounted on individual shaft positioned at an angle to surface in process in plane perpendicular to planing direction. Shaft is mounted within casing and mechanically connected with drive. Such construction allows optimum arrangement of electric engine in casing to be provided and electric drill to be used as cutter drive. EFFECT: increased efficiency, optimum rigidity and sizes and wider operational capabilities. 4 dwg
