SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of regulating the train traffic at separate points with track arrangement. The system includes control and display panel (1), calculation unit (2), speech data input unit (3), analog-to-digital conversion unit (40), processing unit (5), indication unit (6), memory unit (7), exception unit (8), alarm unit (9), transmitter (10), communication line (11) and receiver (12) mounted on the rolling stock.
EFFECT: increase in the level of safety of personnel performing work related to access to the track is achieved.
