SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to medical equipment, and can be used to monitor the field of ventilation of the lungs. Continuous measurements of voltages between the electrodes on the surface of the chest are carried out during the serial connection of the current source to the pairs of electrodes on the surface of the chest. Reconstruction of the field of changes in the conductivity of the chest cavity, filtration and visualization of the component of the field of changes in the conductivity of the chest cavity caused by ventilation of the lungs is carried out. In this case, before the reconstruction of the field of changes in the conductivity of the chest cavity, the measured voltages between the electrodes on the surface of the chest are filtered. Moreover, the value of the cutoff frequency of the low-pass filter is selected in accordance with the condition: Ffrm< Fc< Fhr, where Fc is the cutoff frequency of the low-pass filter, Fhr is the heart rate, Ffrm is the frequency of respiratory movements. Visualization of the component of the field of changes in the conductivity of the chest cavity caused by ventilation of the lungs is carried out after reconstruction of the field of changes in the conductivity of the chest cavity.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the reliability of visualization of the ventilation field based on electrical impedance tomography in conditions of high noise of measured voltages between the electrodes on the chest surface by filtering the measured voltages between the electrodes on the chest surface.
