FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for visualisation and diagnostics of pathological changes of internal organs and tissues of organism. Method includes placement of series of contact electrodes on body surface and simultaneous switching of current source to three stationary electrodes. At different moments of time, corresponding to linearly independent combinations of currents in current-conducting electrodes measurement of potential difference is carried out on each pair of electrodes. By approximations of measured potential distribution support potential differences are determined. Reconstruction of image of conductivity distribution in space is performed by reverse projection along equipotentials.
EFFECT: use of invention allows to increase resolving capacity of visualisation method.
