The method contains: upon detecting that the function of transmitting duplicate data of a PDCP-level object is activated, the first RLC-level object is activated, while the second RLC-level object is in the activated status; and calling the PDCP-level object to determine the first PDCP PDU associated with the first SDU PDCP, the first SDU PDCP being the SDU PDCP corresponding to the SDU RLC to be transmitted via the second RLC-level object, and sending the first PDCP PDU to the first RLC layer object, with the first PDCP PDU configured for the first RLC layer object and the MAC layer object to process the first PDCP PDU to the MAC PDU and send the MAC PDU, moreover, after the first object of the RLC level is activated, when the activation of the function for transmitting duplicate data of the PDCP level object is detected, the method additionally contains: when a PDCP-level object is found to accept a second PDCP SDU, call the PDCP-level object to encapsulate the second PDCP SDU in the second PDCP PDU; and calling the PDCP level object to send the second PDCP PDU to the first RLC level object and the second RLC level object.
