FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the area of medicine and pharmaceuticals. Objects 1 and 2 constitute a composition containing a) a compound selected from maltose, glycerol, amino acid, oligopeptide or a mixture thereof, at a content of 5 to 75% wt. relative to the total weight of components a) to d); b) glucose at a content of less than 1/2 of the content of component a) and at a total content of less than 5% wt. relative to the total weight of components a) to d); c) alpha-glucan molecules with DP 3 (polymerisation degree) and DP 4 at a total content of less than 1/2 of the content of component a); d) alpha-glucan molecules with a DP of greater than 4 at a content providing 100% wt. combined with components a), b) and c), and a liquid water composition for peritoneal dialysis. Objects 3 and 4 are methods of synthesis of the composition. Objects 5 and 6 are a container and a kit for an osmotically active composition containing the composition.
EFFECT: higher osmolality of the composition according to the invention than that of a composition containing icodextrin, at a lower concentration of carbohydrate; increased total ultrafiltration acceptable during short dialysis cycles; content of components with high molecular weight at a concentration sufficient to maintain a positive osmotic pressure during the entire cycle.
