SUBSTANCE: composition is an aqueous solution containing physiologically acceptable electrolyte and/or one or some osmotically active substances and 1-12 wt.-% starch ester. Starch is substituted with acyl groups of mono- or dicarboxylic acids containing 2-6 carbon atoms, or their mixture. Preferably to use starch ester of molecular mass 100 000-200 000 Da and substitution degree 0.1-0.7. Acetylstarch is preferable for using. Osmotically effective substances are polyatomic alcohols, monosaccharides and/or amino acids. Composition is used for blood washing out at renal failure. The use of this composition eliminates the dependence of patients from stationary devices and to carry out dialysis without peritoneal epithelium damage and decrease nonfavorable nutrient effect.
