FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The method of treating superficial mycoses consists in exposing the skin surface to a transdermal preparation containing an antifungal compound, while a transfollicular preparation is used as a transdermal preparation, which is an antifungal compound immobilized in vaterite particles, the effect of a transfollicular preparation is carried out by applying its alcohol suspension with a concentration of 100-150 mg / ml on the surface of the skin in the area of pathology until a dose of 4-5 mg of particles / cm2 containing 10-20 wt.% of an antifungal compound is reached, after which the application area is exposed to ultrasound with a frequency of 0.88-1 MHz with an intensity of 0.4-0, 5 W / cm2 for 2-3 minutes, while the treatment procedure is carried out no more than 1 time in 3 days.
EFFECT: invention provides increased effectiveness of antifungal agents for treatment of superficial mycoses while reducing the number of procedures for applying an antifungal drug, as well as providing possibility of topical application of drugs that previously did not have a topical form due to poor solubility and low bioavailability.
