FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention provides tubing for an electric submersible pump (ESP) for oil production and a method for its manufacture. The tubing for an electric submersible pump contains an inner tube. A first steel tape is spirally wrapped around the inner tube. The inner tube and the first steel strip are coated on the outside with a first outer shell. Outside the first outer sheath are cables at regular intervals. The inner side of the cable is covered with an insulating layer, the inner side of the insulating layer is covered with an aluminum tape, and a conductor is placed inside the aluminum tape. The cables are covered with a cable jacket on the outside. A second steel tape is spirally wrapped outside the cable jacket. The cable jacket and the second steel tape are covered with a second outer jacket on the outside. The method for manufacturing the tubing includes straightening the inner pipe and covering the inner pipe with a steel tape on the outside, passing through the matrix and extrusion of the coating for the shell from the outside, winding onto a reel after water cooling, twisting the cable on the sheathed inner tube is performed, wrapping steel tape on the outside of the cable jacket and extruding the outer jacket, weaving the steel wire mesh, extruding the safety guard outside the steel wire mesh, cooling and winding onto the spool.
EFFECT: improves power transmission for the submersible pump by providing heat retention and heating oil in the inner tube.
