SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering, namely to antennas for receiving an over-the-air television signal. The television antenna includes a housing inside which a hollow metal cone-shaped receiving element, an antenna amplifier and a unit for LED indication of the received signal level are placed, while the receiving element is located vertically in the housing and is mechanically and electrically connected with the top of the cone to the antenna amplifier board, and the cross-sectional diameter of the base of the receiving element is 1 / 2-1 / 4λ, where λ is the average operating wavelength of the television decimeter range, while the antenna amplifier includes an LC-bandpass filter, is made on one transistor with automatic signal gain control and with the possibility of receiving the output signal from the amplifier to the antenna output and to the unit of LED indication of the level of the received signal, the latter consisting of a signal level detector made on high-frequency sensitive semiconductors and a signal level indicator made on LEDs.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at amplifying the television signal.
