FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: claimed is method of determining aggregative activity of platelets which includes obtaining enriched with platelets plasma from blood, dilution of plasma with salt medium not less than tenfold with further registration of intensity of light scattering in small angles under conditions of single light scattering. Determined are: parametres of aggregative activity of platelets, including initial rate of aggregation, determined by initial rate of light scattering decrease by separate platelets and increase of light scattering by their domirs after action of agonists, degree of aggregation course determined by value of maximal amplitude of scattering intensity, and cell concentration determined by difference of signals of light scattering intensity, obtained during photometery of flask with medium before and after addition of platelet-enriched plasma. Claimed is device, creating hydrodynamic mode with developed turbulence without formation of air bubbles, which with platelet concentration within 1*105-5*107 cell/ml and their complete activation ensures taking place of complete aggregation for not longer than 20 minutes.

EFFECT: increasing reliability and diagnostic value of platelet analysis.
