SUBSTANCE: disclosure of an invention relates to a capsule for preparing beverages comprising a powdered food product allowing preparing a beverage by means of passing water through said capsule. The capsule (1) comprises a bowl-shaped body (2) for accommodation of the product, comprising, in turn, a tubular lateral wall (21) and a bottom part (22), and a cover element (29) covering the top of the body (2). The bottom part (22) has a dispensing hole (26), and a chamber (20) for accommodating the product is formed within the body (2). A filtering element (3) is installed within the chamber (20) and located between the powdered food product (8) and the bottom part (22). A dispensing element (5) is installed within the chamber (20) and located between the filtering element (3) and the bottom part (22). The dispensing element (5) is intended to create a curved path for the beverage extending to the dispensing hole (26) and has a first surface (51) facing the filtering element (3), a second surface (52) facing the bottom part (22), and a peripheral surface (53) interconnecting the first surface (51) and the second surface (52). The dispensing element (5) on the first surface (51) thereof has a cavity or a recess (551) in the central zone, one or more cavities or recesses (552) in the annular zones, multiple channels (553) allowing communication of said cavities or recesses (551, 552) with each other and with the peripheral surface (53). The dispensing element (5) on the second surface (52) thereof also has one or more cavities or recesses (562) in the annular zones and multiple channels (563) allowing communication of said one or more cavities or recesses (562) with the peripheral surface (53) and with the dispensing hole (26). The curved path for the beverage includes the first surface (51), the peripheral surface (53), and the second surface (52) of the dispensing element (5).

EFFECT: ensured regular and essentially jet/splash-free outflow of the beverage and ensured prevention of dripping at the end of dispensing.
